Our discovery-call form saves the details you enter as you fill it out. If you begin filling out the form but close it or leave the page without completing your booking, the information you have entered up to that point — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, and any notes — is still transmitted to and received by Rank Your Biz.

We do this so we can follow up with you, answer any questions, and help you finish scheduling your call if you would like to. If you do not want us to receive this information, please do not enter it into the form.

2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Rank Your Biz uses Google Analytics to collect anonymized website usage data, as described in Section 7. We do not use advertising tracking systems or marketing automation tools on this website.

When you book a meeting, the information necessary to schedule the appointment is processed through Google Calendar and the appointment is added to our calendar.

If you begin booking a call but do not complete it, we may also record the details you entered as a private entry on our Google Calendar so our team can follow up with you. If you later complete your booking, that entry is removed.

Google may process information associated with the appointment according to its own privacy practices. Google states that Calendar information is stored securely and that users have controls over their Calendar information and sharing settings.

The availability shown through our booking page reflects the appointment availability we make available through Google Calendar. Google Calendar's appointment scheduling system is designed to prevent bookings from conflicting with times marked as unavailable on the calendar.

5. How We Store and Handle Information

Information submitted through our website's custom-coded forms — including information you entered but did not submit, as described in Section 1 — is received by Rank Your Biz for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, following up with you, and preparing for your scheduled conversation.

We keep incomplete form entries only for as long as reasonably needed to follow up with you, and the underlying stored records are automatically deleted after a limited time unless you complete your booking or we are otherwise required to retain them.

We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
